Timelines

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hrs on business days. Orders placed during non-business days (holidays & weekends) will be processed within 24 hrs of the first following business day. Processing times may be longer during holiday seasons or special sale events. 

USPS or UPS is used for all standard shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from Logan, UT. Standard shipping times across the US range from 2-7 business days. Customers will be sent order confirmation and tracking numbers for all packages. 

2-day expedited shipping through FedEx may be available for your order. 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. They will have to go through the standard returns process once you receive your package. 

 

Fees

For orders up to $75, standard shipping is a flat-rate $4.95. 

For orders higher than $75, standard shipping is free of charge. 

Expedited FedEx 2-day shipping starts at $18.95 per order. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of order amount.
